Who can join PerkCircle?

Anyone living within the designated membership area can apply. To be eligible, you must live within a 10-mile radius of the PerkCircle location you are applying for.

Please refer to the map on each location page to check whether you are within the membership area. If you're unsure, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Is there an age restriction?

Membership is currently available to anyone aged 16 years or over.*

*Subject to confirmation of the final minimum age.

Do I need to provide proof of address?

Yes. You'll need to provide proof that you live within the membership area, such as a Council Tax bill or utility bill.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is:

£25 if joining during the first eight months of the membership year.

£15 if joining during the final four months of the membership year.

How long does membership last?

All memberships run from 1 April until 31 March.

Regardless of when you join, every membership expires on 31 March, with the new membership year beginning on 1 April.

Will my membership renew automatically?

No.

Memberships do not renew automatically.

Towards the end of the membership year we'll contact you by email to ask whether you'd like to renew.

Can I cancel my membership?

Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.

How will I receive my membership?

You'll receive:

A confirmation email

Your personalised PerkCircle membership card through the post

How do I use my membership?

Simply present your PerkCircle membership card when visiting participating businesses.

No card = No member reward.

Can I use my membership more than once?

Yes.

Your membership can be used as often as you like throughout the membership year unless an individual business states otherwise.

Any restrictions will be shown alongside the business listing on our Offers page.

Can I use my membership every day?

Yes.

There's no limit to how often you can use your membership, subject to each participating business's individual offer.

Can someone else use my membership?

No.

Membership cards include your name and photograph and are for your personal use only.

Do I need to show additional ID?

No.

Your membership card includes your photograph, so no further identification is normally required.

What if I lose my card?

Replacement cards are available for £5.

Do all businesses offer the same reward?

No.

Every participating business chooses its own exclusive member offer.

Can I use PerkCircle with other promotions?

Generally, no.

PerkCircle offers cannot usually be used alongside other promotions or discounts, although some businesses may choose to allow this.

Any exceptions will be shown on the individual business listing.

Where can I see current offers?

Simply scan the QR code on the back of your membership card or visit the Offers page on our website.

You can also look out for the PerkCircle window sticker displayed by participating businesses.

What if a business doesn't honour its offer?

Participating businesses commit to providing the offers advertised for the membership year.

If you experience any issues, please let us know through our Contact page.

While we'll always work with businesses to resolve any problems, PerkCircle cannot guarantee or enforce individual business offers.

Can visitors join?

No.

PerkCircle has been created to reward local residents who support independent businesses throughout the year.

Membership is only available to residents living within the designated membership area.

Can I use my membership in another PerkCircle location?

No.

Membership is valid only within the location for which it was issued.
